DIGITAL DESIGNERS: To qualify for these positions, you will need previous experience in embedded processor design using Sun microSparc II or PowerPC processors. Mentor Graphics tools experience is desirable. SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER: Candidate to be part of a team working on an Advanced Voice Recognition effort. Candidate should have strong software development experience in C++ and JAVA. Additionally, individual should be experienced in VxWorks and have the ability to mentor junior engineers. Looking for individuals who are highly motivated and self starters. BS with four (4) years of experience.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER: Candidate will be part of a team developing the next generation H/W and Software for Space Missions. Candidate needs to have experience working with hardware and developing drivers for highly paralleled systems. Candidate should have strong software development experience in: C, C++, and VxWorks. BS with two (2) years of experience.

DSP COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERS: Develop, implement and integrate communication DSP algorithms. Experience in signal demodulation, detection, recognition, and synthesis using DSP techniques is desirable. Voice and data signal analysis in HF, VHF, and UHF signal environments as well as knowledge of advanced modem estimation techniques, spread spectrum, and detection theory are a plus. BS/MS in Engineering. Software skills required: MATLAB, Unix, and real time processing with C and parallel computing environments.

SUPER URGENT: IMAGE PROCESSING ENGINEERS NEEDED: DESIGNERS, SYSTEMS, ANALYSTS.

CAE TOOLS & UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: Provide support for the implementation of computer aided engineering tools and enhancement/maintenance of distributed heterogeneous UNIX and NT environments. Provide solutions for increasing system stability, performance optimization, automation of maintenance and data collection, patch management, and installation, validation and integration of tools. BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with one two years of experience in UNIX or CAE tool administration.

UNIX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR: Provide UNIX system administration support for a distributed, heterogeneous UNIX network used primarily for Electrical/Mechanical CAE/CAD design. Provide direct user support, and manage a distributed environment. BS or AS in Computer Science or other technical field and two (2) years related UNIX experience.

ELECTRICAL, CAF APPLICATION ENGINEER: Provide application engineering support to a large design community using state of the art Computer Aided Engineering tools. Primarily focus is on the design of ASIC and FPGA devices using a top down VHDL methodology. Serve as the critical link between designers and CAB suppliers. Responsible for the definition of future top down design methodologies and evaluation/implementation of tools.

MANAGER MATERIALS ENGINEERING: Lead the formation, development and operations of a Materials Engineering Center which provides the necessary resources for the selection, design, application and test of materials for diverse electronic products. Formal training in materials science and relevant experience in materials applications and/or material analysis is a plus. BS in an Engineering or Scientific field and approximately 12 years experience required.

DEPARTMENT MANAGER, CONFIGURATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT: Lead the company Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM) function. Provide functional resources and manage the CM/DM activities on programs from proposal development, through program planning and execution, to product validation and support. Assure program CM/DM objectives are met in a timely and affordable manner. Establish and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives in the CM/DM and function with objectives to benefit from best CM/DM practices within industry. BS in Engineering or Scientific field and approximately 15 years of experience with a proven record in implementing change, satisfying technical customers and advancing organizational skill levels is required.

PROGRAM MANAGERS: We are seeking Program Managers to support contracts ranging from cutting edge technologies to production. You will be responsible for technical, financial and schedule performance on development and support programs. Determine operational requirements to achieve objectives and provide for the acquisition of manpower, equipment and facilities. Establish and maintain controls and measurements of performance against standards and requirements. BS and approximately 10 years of related experience.
